Identified

We have just been notified that some merchants may be experiencing inaccurate totals/fees in their October fee statements. Some merchants may also be experiencing inaccurate deposit reporting for their 11/6/23 settlement.

We are working to correct these issues to ensure that all fee statements reflect correct totals/fees and ensure reporting is accurately reflected.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption, and we appreciate your patience. We will continue to keep you apprised.
